Another week... I am in a rut.. Even though I have lost weight this week, I am not feeling as positive and motivated this week.. I need a good kick in the butt!!! to get me out of this rut. I weighed in today at 187lbs.. I am down 2lbs.. and I feel like big whoop!!
I signed myself up for the Biggest Loser Challenge at my local gym and the first meeting is tonight so i am hoping to get my motivation back.. I have been hitting the gym every other day and doing at the very least 30 min of physical activity at home,, Wii Fit, Jumping Walking, work out video .. was the plan of action this week.. But I am not in it.. if feel like I could care less and I don't push myself... SO tonight I am off to get that big kick in the but to get me back on track... I will update tomorrow how the Biggest loser is going!!
