We received a handout, with a breakdown of the work out in both a beginner and advanced.. I am beginner. Also in the hand out is goes into detail about how you should eat and gives numerous meal ideas. I feel like this was the push to get my motivation back.
At the end of the meeting we had our Weigh in... and you know what i was not in the least bit mortified to have my weight announced to the group.. I have worked hard to get to where I am..187lbs on my scales 188lbs on the gym scales.. I have a lot further to go and can not wait to hear the number being announced at the end of the 10 week program..
Here I am on the Leg Press.. making sure I have the right form, and my feet are where they should be.. Another Awesome advantage is that our progress will be documented both inside the gym, with our teams, our last chance work outs.. We will be venturing out for Cross Country skiing next week.. As a whole group.. Should be great!!!I am also planning on picking up a copy of the Jillian Michales 30 minuet Shred DVD... and getting that incorporated into my routine..
