Comfy Joey Product Review

I am so excited to share with you guys this review on the Comfy Joey Ring Sling. This sling is not only comfortable for both myself and my son Aiden . It is very stylish with the beautiful colours, fabric and the accent fabric on the tail of the sling. I find myself accessorising not only my hand bags and shoes but as a babywearing mama I now accessorise my baby carriers!!When the Ring sling arrived from Comfy Joey, I was so excited about the beautiful fabric, the blend of linen and cotton is so luxurious, especially after washes, and we have washed this sling many times. The fabric becomes soooo soft.

I find this ring sling is so comfortable not only for Aiden but for myself, This is the sling I use when we are out and about taking Seamus to karate, doing Groceries, taking Jacob for swimming lessons. Aiden and I are both comfortable and he is in the sling for extended periods of time. I like that because of the single layer of fabric there is no bulk. I put the sling on before we leave the house, I hardly notice I am wearing it. Then it is so super easy to cart around three boys.. I can "pop" Aiden into the sling in record time and be around to the other side of the car to let Seamus and Jacob out of their booster seats before they have a chance to squabble..

Momo Design House Ring Sling

We rang in the New Years with Style this year!! My community hosts an annul fireworks and BBQ in the park for the kids. This was Aiden's first year, and he got toted around in style in his Momo Design House Sling. I got many compliments and many wow I wish I had one of those when my kids were babies. I also received a phone call after the event a parent asking me where She could purchase such a carrier. When I contact Dorit at Get Carried Away baby, I was intrigued by this Momma!! Dorit is spending time is in Senegal, West Africa working on a line of Wax Print Slings.... Here handcrafted Ring Slings are BEAUTIFUL.. The fabric is top Quality.

I was so excited to receive the sling I Had to put little Aiden in it right away and he loved it.. the fabric gets more comfy as you wash and use it.. The prints are bold and bright and we loved it. Sleepy Wrap

I was so thrilled to hear that Sleepy Wrap was going to be a part of our Babywearing Event. I was even more excited to learn that I would be receiving an Organic Sleepy Wrap to review. This carrier held it`s own through the duration of the review.. Being at my parents with my sisters brothers and their partners I was able to get a few of the aunts and uncles in on the Babywearing extravaganza.. The Sleepy Wrap was a great success and definitely gets my recommendation. It would make a great gift for the soon to be mom, a wonderful surprise for the mom that needs to be hands free, for dads who want to be involved and connect with their little one..

Sprout Baby Review & Give Away

I had the opportunity..or shall I say Aiden had the opportunity to give Sprout Baby Food a try. We received a variety of fruit and vegetables to sample. what else can we say but yummy!
I made the decision to make our own baby foods for a multitude of reasons. One of the main reasons being that I was not entirely sure what was in the food. Second main reason was the cost.

What I like about this product.

• Organic.. I always try to buy organic when I can.
  
• Taste.. The Baby food actually tasted like food. Banana's taste like ban ans, Sweet potato's taste like sweet potato's.. Yummy
• Convenience... The packaging makes this product so easy to take along. toss one in the diaper bag along with a spoon.. easy.

I am unsure about my opinion on the packaging, we try to purchase packaging that is recyclable when possible. This packaging is not recyclable, also It is really difficult to get all the food out of the packet.

Now for the Question we all are waiting to hear...

What does Aiden Think? He Loves it!!!... Everything seemed tasty to him especially the bananas.


Moms point of View. Sprout Baby Foods is definitely a product that I would purchase. I am still committed to preparing home made baby food, but I do like the option of having Sprout Baby Food on hand for quick on the go moments, I like the ease of having the pouches in the diaper bag.

Aiden had the opportunity to try a sippy cups for the first time. He used the No-Spill Twin Handled 1st Cup and the No-Spill Easy Grip Cup from Nuby. Nuby state these Cup are easy to hold and easy to clean, and as a mom I feel obligated to tell you that Yes these Cups are easy for my (soon to be) 6 month old son to grasp and actually drink. He was able to grasp and hold the cups (all by himself) with ease and was able to take his first few sips of water all by himself. He was such a proud little man. As far as cleaning, Both Sippy cups came apart with ease and were super easy to wash.

From a moms Point of View, we are very satisfied with theNo-Spill Twin Handled 1st Cup and the No-Spill Easy Grip Cup from Nuby. The silicone top features on both cups was very soft on Aiden's super sensitive gums as he sipped his water, also there were no leaks, Which I will admit we love. anything that makes my job easier gets a thumbs up.

Would I recommend the No-Spill Twin Handled 1st Cup and the No-Spill Easy Grip Cup to Family and Friends.. For Sure. It will be one of those gifts to give.

IcyBite Hard/Soft Keys Product Review

Teething...it really has been a major issue in my little guys life, he takes little spurts of teething agony with no relief in sight. I am not against giving him acetaminophen if need I would just rather not give it if we have other options to help him get relief. We try cold cloths, teething rings and now we had a chance to try out the Icy Bite Hard/Soft Keys from Nuby.

Easy for Aiden to grasp and hang on to...

Of course right to his mouth.. I found this product to help ease the discomfort with teething, I like the option to chill it. It is so much easier to hand him over these keys right from the fridge than it is to get a cool wash cloth and have him get soaked from the cloth.
Would I Recommend Icy Bite Hard/Soft Keys To a Friend or Family member? Absolutely

This product will definitely get a lot of use in our home.

Hot Safe Spoon ~Nuby~ Review

From a Moms point of view

When first examining the Hot Safe Spoon from Nuby you can see the difference in shape right away. The Green Hot Safe Spoon has a unique shape that I found made it easier to feed my son Aiden.
Applesauce and the Hot Safe Spoon indicates that it is the ideal temperature for my little eater.
Aiden is now very confident in eating his solids, what I like about the Hot Safe Spoon is that I am not feeding from the side of the spoon. I find that we endured less mess with the Hot Safe Spoon. Normally he would be covered from under his eyes clear down to his chin.
The soft tip is so nice on Aiden's gums.. We have yet to see the first tooth but it is causing him great discomfort and his gums are very sensitive.


He liked the soft tip too....

I would recommend the Hot Safe Spoon from Nuby to other moms. We use all homemade baby food and are always feeding from a bowl. The handle on the spoon is long enough that for the moms out there who use bottled baby food that the spoon would fit clear down to the bottom of the jar which is great when you are on the go and do not have a dish and are feeding directly from the jar.

The Hot Safe Spoon from Nuby is BPA Free, Reasonably Priced, Durable, Great for use at home, and great to have in the diaper bag when on the go.

As a mom I am really impressed with Nuby baby products. Aiden is my third child and with Seamus and Jacob we also used a number of Nuby Products.

Nuby Natural Touch Products

I am seriously loving Nuby products. I had the opportunity to try two Items from their Nuby Natural Touch Line.

The first item was the Soft Flex silicone Nurser. What a great product, I wish that I would of had this bottle when WE were in Transition from breast to bottle, I felt that it would be better suited for that. I recommend this product for Mothers introducing their baby to a bottle. Nuby Products are BPA free which is wonderful one less thing to worry about as a parent.


The second Item received was the Soft Flex Squeeze Feeder. It is very well loved at our home, it makes feeding solids a breeze. It comes with a cover and it is great for Travel. You will find ours tucked into the diaper bag when we are out of the house. You simply fill it up with baby food and gently squeeze to get the food onto the spoon. We love it!!!

Munchkin Review

I wanted to give a Review on some Munchkin products that we recently started using and that I am very pleased with.

First up is the Soft Tip Infant Spoon. The soft-tip infant spoons have a rounded shape that’s gentle on baby’s gums. The special handle is ergonomically designed for a comfortable hold. They’re practical, functional and colorful. The spoon is a great length, and it is super soft on Aiden's gums. These Spoons Get a thumbs up from me.

Second Item that I want to comment on is the Stay-Put Suction Bowls. have a permanently attached suction base that grips a surface and won’t let go without your help. Each bowl has a matching stay tight lid . I like that it has a variety of three different sizes, these bowls will not budge. Definately a thumbs up!
